Job Overview

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Founder's Office Project Management: Program oversight, decision-making support, dealing with cross-functional leadership, risk mitigation, and project tracking and monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Cross-functional collaboration, influencing key stakeholders, stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
  • Thought Partnership & Decision Support: Trusted advisor, ambiguity resolution, first-principles problem solving, business case development, and strategic review.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Leadership coaching, performance reviews, succession planning, team culture, and leadership pipeline development.
  • Strategic Communication & Brand Representation: Voice, brand ambassador, data-driven communication, investor relations, and crisis management.
  • Operational Excellence: Process optimization, technology integration, resource management, sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field. MBA preferred.
