Job Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Branch Revenue Driver.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies across the branch and area sales teams.
    • Develop and execute product-specific sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability in the branch.
    • Meet yield targets by identifying and addressing any issues that may impact achievement.
    • Ensure timely collections as per set logic remittance and DSO target.
    • Maintain accurate prospect details in our software package.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and communication with internal and external customers.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and support employees within the product sales team to ensure they have the necessary guidance and resources to discharge their duties effectively.
    • Ensure adequate staffing levels for the product sales team in the branch.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
