Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Branch Manager in achieving revenue targets and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience through effective coaching and team management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, productivity, and staff engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines related to anti-money laundering and sanctions.
  • Manage risk and minimize its likelihood through identification, assessment, mitigation, and control.
Requirements:
  • A postgraduate degree with 5-10 years of experience in banking and operations.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, and strategic planning skills.
  • Knowledge of operational integrity, branch sales and operations, and customer service requirements.
  • Team management experience, sales, financial planning, and communication skills.
  • Industry knowledge, sales techniques, and models.
