We are seeking a talented professional to lead our Motor business performance and portfolio management for the Prime Brokers Channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve top-line and loss ratio targets through regular review meetings and analysis of market trends.
  • Participate in periodic price reviews using market benchmarking to identify areas for pricing correction and improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales, IT, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes related to the role.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with underwriting approvals and guidelines to maintain risk quality.
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure business requirements are fulfilled and customers receive high levels of service.
  • Conduct training sessions on products and underwriting processes for relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations of key stakeholders and foster collaboration to achieve shared organizational goals.
