Senior Financial Services Leader

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our Premier Client Group (PCG) Desk. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of financial products, including PMS, AIFs, bonds, mutual funds, and stock market offerings.

  • Drive business growth by acquiring and managing high-value relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs).
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that delivers personalized financial services to UHNWIs.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, financial product distribution, or stock market sales.
  • Proven track record in selling large portfolios, AIF tickets, and managing high-value relationships.
  • Expertise in various financial products and experience with stock market investments and algo trading.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development:
  • Acquire UHNWIs and HNWIs through tailored wealth management strategies.
  • Promote and sell large portfolios, including PMS and AIFs.
  • Build client relationships and position our financial offerings as optimal solutions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the PCG business.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for UHNW clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns.
  • Cross-sell a wide range of financial products to existing clients.
Team Leadership & Expansion:
  • Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure each member delivers exceptional service.
  • Actively recruit and onboard additional team members to expand the PCG desk.
Investment Product Expertise:
  • Maintain deep understanding of financial products, including PMS, AIFs, and bonds.
  • Stay updated with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies and regulatory changes.
Sales & Performance Metrics:
  • Set and achieve sales targets for bringing in new business.
  • Track and report sales performance, client acquisition, and retention metrics.
