Wealth Management Expertise

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced wealth management professional to guide the implementation of a digital wealth platform. The ideal candidate will provide in-depth knowledge of private banking and wealth management, ensuring accurate capture of business requirements, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective delivery of customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domain & Functional Expertise
    • Act as the primary domain expert for wealth management, private banking, and digital advisory.
    • Interpret and validate business requirements across modules:
      • Customer Overview and Net Worth Analytics
      • Investment and Cash Accounts
      • Portfolio Management and Tracking
      • Wealth Planning and Goal-Based Investing
      • Self-Execution and Robo-Advisory Journeys
    • Ensure platform capabilities align with:
      • Customer onboarding and KYC
      • Order placement and settlements
      • Reporting and analytics
      • Vendor integrations (e.g., IVS, GTN)
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with business, compliance, and product teams to define requirements.
    • Liaise with technology and vendor partners to ensure domain needs are met.
    • Provide training, documentation, and domain guidance to internal teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure alignment with global and regional frameworks such as MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, AML, and KYC.
    • Validate wealth journeys against compliance and risk profiling standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Investment products (equities, ETFs, structured products, robo portfolios)
    • Portfolio performance metrics and reporting
    • Risk profiling and goal-based investing
    • Familiarity with digital wealth platforms is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of customer onboarding, digital advisory, and portfolio aggregation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Middle East or global private banking clients.
  • Involvement in wealth platform transformation projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in complex regulatory environments.
