Lead Financial Operations Specialist

As a critical member of the financial operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our organizational records.
Responsibilities- Support the closing process for entities within the organization, ensuring timely and compliant completion.
- Perform regular analysis of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Review Transfer Pricing arrangements, including underlying transactions, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely review and settlement of intercompany transactions on a monthly basis, maintaining accurate and transparent financial records.
- Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and approve the checklist on a monthly basis, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of notes to financial statements and other disclosure requirements for audit entities, providing essential support to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory regulations and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes and controls to improve efficiency and effectiveness, driving business growth and success.
- Manage compliance related to regulatory filing requirements for various entities as per Local laws, ensuring seamless execution and minimal risk.
