Regional Sales Leadership

The role of Regional Sales Head – Eastern India requires a strong leader to oversee end-to-end business development, regional strategy execution, and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage state/city sales leaders in key locations, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Align regional sales execution with national targets, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Strengthen leadership capacity in Tier 2 & Tier 3 hubs, empowering teams to drive success.
Main Objectives:
  • Own regional revenue targets and deliver consistently, maintaining a strong focus on performance and progress.
  • Drive closures in IT, SaaS, ERP, AI, and drone tech platforms, leveraging strategic partnerships and expertise.
  • Build multi-sector pipelines across education, smart cities, PSU, logistics, and healthcare, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Daily Activities:
  • Monitor and review city-level sales pipelines, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Approve high-value proposals and negotiations, upholding the company's values and standards.
  • Conduct client visits to government and institutional buyers, establishing strong relationships and trust.
  • Lead weekly regional team huddles and progress reviews, promoting open communication and teamwork.
