Compliance Leadership Role

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A mandatory qualified Company Secretary (CS). A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior compliance, corporate secretarial, or governance roles. Must have experience working in a listed company and handling M&A compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate laws, financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory filings and procedures with authorities like the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Registrar of Companies (ROC), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
