About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead corporate office interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities for interior design projects ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project timelines aligning with client requirements, design specifications, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain quality standards, adhering to approved designs, drawings, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor contractor, vendor, and labor performance to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and minimize potential conflicts.
  • Track project expenses, materials usage, and report any cost deviations or variances.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide timely project updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements on-site.
  • Address and resolve on-site challenges, implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Facilitate a smooth handover of completed projects, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams, fostering strong relationships and promoting effective collaboration.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Willingness to work full-time at the project site, with flexibility to accommodate project demands.
