
Regional Retail Development Specialist

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering and implementing training programs across multiple stores within a specific region.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between the Training Head and Store-Level Champions, ensuring store teams receive expert training on customer experience, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Develop and conduct engaging training workshops for store teams on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Implement interactive role-playing exercises, simulations, and on-the-job coaching to enhance employee performance.
- Provide real-time feedback to employees to improve their skills and abilities.
- Onboarding & Employee Development
- Collaborate with Store Managers and Champions to onboard new hires quickly and effectively, focusing on providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Assist in leadership development to create a pipeline of high-performing employees who can contribute to the growth and success of the company.
- Performance Monitoring & Feedback
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as NPS, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and team feedback sessions to address skill gaps and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
- Help stores achieve their sales and customer service goals by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Store Visits & Training Audits
- Regularly visit stores to observe customer interactions and provide real-time coaching to employees to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Conduct thorough training audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and recognition of outstanding performers.
- Identify top-performing employees and recommend them for promotions or advanced training programs based on their exceptional skills and dedication.
- Experience: 5+ years in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching with a proven track record of success.
- Retail Expertise: Deep understanding of customer service, sales psychology, and product positioning to drive business results.
- Training & Facilitation: Strong ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Passion for developing frontline employees and motivating store teams to achieve exceptional performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to engage, inspire, and guide retail associates at different skill levels through clear, concise, and effective communication.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to multiple stores within the assigned region, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
