Job Overview:
J aipur Rugs is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our E-Commerce Performance team. This role requires a dynamic individual with substantial experience in SEM on Google and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of direct experience in the eCommerce industry or 5-6 years of performance marketing experience within an advertising agency.

Main Responsibilities:
• Design and execute SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, aiming to meet and exceed E-Commerce sales targets.
• Conduct advanced research on keywords, audience targeting, and competitive landscape to optimize campaign performance.
• Utilize analytical tools to monitor campaign results, adjusting strategies based on data insights to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of SEM strategies with broader marketing objectives and e-commerce goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEM, performance marketing, and the e-commerce industry to continually refine and improve campaign strategies.
• Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
