At Brand Balance, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing and overseeing social media content, and measuring the success of every social media campaign.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong background in account management and a working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns. You should also have experience with social media and analytics software, as well as a basic understanding of other media platforms like search and display.

You will work closely with our copywriters and designers to ensure that our content is informative and appealing, and collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to achieve our business goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include researching and planning strategies, creating and curating content, team collaboration, analytics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Attend educational conferences
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Hire and train others in the team
  • Provide constructive feedback
Requirements
  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience)
  • Experience including but not limited to Facebook, Google+, Twitter, YouTube, and more
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook, Google+, and Twitter
  • Ability to blog about social media based on research, experience, and relevant social media news
  • Should have a basic understanding of other media platforms like search, display, etc
Benefits
