Transforming Healthcare through Strategic Design

  • We are seeking a seasoned business analysis professional with extensive experience in the health insurance sector, ideally 5 years or more. They should also have a deep understanding of healthcare business operations, distribution channels, products, and technology systems.
  • The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end knowledge of the health insurance business, including distribution, products, and operations processes, as well as technology systems.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to convert high-level processes into detailed business requirement documents.
  • A proven track record of delivering significant insurance system implementations is essential.
  • Expertise in designing wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, conducting usability testing, interpreting feedback, and incorporating insights into subsequent implementations is crucial.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills are necessary to work across disciplines such as Technology, Product, Operations, Marketing & Analytics teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Empathy and user motivation understanding are key qualities for this role, along with expertise in User Research, Processes for creating Personas, and Customer Journey mapping.
