Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Our Consumer Goods Division helps brands, retailers, and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality, and ethically made products to consumers.

Every day, our inspectors, auditors, and lab technicians use their expertise to safeguard products used in daily life, from clothing and footwear to toys and baby products, electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the maintenance and effectiveness of the management system according to ISO/IEC 17065 and accreditation bodies' documents.
  • Encourage awareness of compliance at all levels.
  • Maintain documentation of the certification system (quality manual, procedures, forms, etc.) and ensure its control.
  • Monitor corrective actions and preventive recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize and prepare meetings.
  • Plan, monitor, and carry out internal audits.
  • Coordinate staff performance evaluation and maintain relevant training plans.
  • Manage complaint processes.
Qualifications:
  • University/Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology, or a related field to quality assurance.
  • 5 years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years in testing, inspection, and/or certification tasks in calibration, testing laboratory, or inspection/certification body.
  • Certification in ISO/IEC 17065.
