Job Overview

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and auditing a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods including chat and email. You will report results of evaluations to appropriate business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and evaluate a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods.
2. Audit and analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Report results of evaluations to quality leadership, operations, and clients.
