Our team seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to assist in ensuring high product quality, identifying issues and improving user experience. This role involves working closely with developers and cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • This QA position is responsible for performing functional, UI, regression, and integration testing on web applications.
  • The selected candidate will design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs, coordinating with developers for timely resolutions.
  • Validate features against acceptance criteria before deployment.
  • Maintain QA documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with React & Type Script fundamentals and practical exposure.
  • Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of React Testing Library & Jest for UI and unit testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies, STLC, and bug lifecycle.
  • Understanding of test case management/defect tracking tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Basic knowledge of Redux Toolkit, React Router, and component libraries like Material UI (MUI).
  • Familiarity with automation testing using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Understanding of Git and Agile practices.
