Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Engineer will oversee and improve quality processes across Standard Room, Gauge Room, and In-Process Quality functions. They must apply quality tools and methodologies effectively to ensure excellence.

  • Implement 7 QC Tools and 8D methodology for problem-solving.
  • Manage calibration, resolve line issues, and ensure QMS standard adherence.
  • Support new product development and proto vehicle projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rejection analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform inspections and audits as needed.
  • Prepare IATF 16949:2016 documentation and maintain calibration reports.

Required Skills:

">
  • Expertise in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D).
  • Strong understanding of EV components, systems, and maintenance requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
