About the Role:
The Senior Business Manager will be responsible for building the MyPartner brand in targeted markets, ensuring maximum spread and depth. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding potential travel agents, driving platform adoption, and resolving queries for onboarded agents. The role also involves building business partnerships to gain market share and drive growth in terms of active partners, transactions, and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Relationship Management: Connect with travel agents, manage accounts, and drive sustainable performance across regions.
- Portfolio Management and Driving Growth: Develop business plans to achieve revenue goals, maintain rate competitiveness, and grow net revenue.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish partner relationships, train agents on product offerings, and prepare sales plans.
- Negotiating: Network with clients, initiate deals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements.
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates should possess a Master's degree from a reputable institution and 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, or Key Account Management. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Estimated Salary Range:
₹50 Lakh - ₹75 Lakh per annum
