Job Description:

As a skilled ServiceNow developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions with a focus on Scoped Applications. You will create and maintain complex Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts to drive business value.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in third-party system integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Servers), as well as expertise in IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and automation of business processes. A solid understanding of Scoped App development, data modeling, and application design in ServiceNow is also essential.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. The successful candidate will participate in agile development cycles and lead sprint planning related to ServiceNow workstreams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting techniques
  • Proven experience in third-party system integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Servers)
  • Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and automation of business processes
  • Solid understanding of Scoped App development, data modeling, and application design in ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, update sets, and version control within ServiceNow environments

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow IntegrationHub Fundamentals or equivalent
