Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management team. You will assist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Implement workflows, business rules, and client/server scripts.
  • Support incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Perform scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of ServiceNow updates.
  • Maintain data integrity and security within the platform.

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of ITSM processes, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform and modules.
  • Experience in Scripting, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
