Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven professional to spearhead our on-ground marketing efforts aimed at boosting brand visibility and driving student admissions.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, event activations, competitions, and community events.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship-building skills.

About the Role:

This position involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to engage with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign success and inform future marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
