Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead a global team providing software engineering solutions and emerging technology POCs, architectural blueprints.
  • Develop a robust understanding of business, market, and customer needs to propose and drive new or improved solutions.
  • Drive the application of modern software engineering practices to improve team delivery and solution outcomes, adopting an AI First approach to all designs and solutions.
  • Champion the implementation of instrumentation and diagnostics to support maintainability and operations.
  • Apply broad knowledge of domain to optimize choices in architecture and design.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience overseeing teams that build software solutions and services in large-scale environments.
  • Strong technical leadership with experience building software engineering teams.
  • Background in building platforms, products in large, complex & distributed enterprise environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle.
