We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional support services. As an Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating various phases of the support service, ensuring high technical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate support services, ensuring alignment with client engagement plans
  • Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards
  • Lead training programs to enhance staff knowledge and expertise
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and expand services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA
  • Qualified CA/ACCA/Licensed CPA
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and audit
  • Previous Big 4 experience preferred
  • Excellent technical skills in accounting, including GAAP and IFRS
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in managing staff and leading projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
