Senior Financial Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Operations Executive to lead our accounting team. As a key member of our financial department, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage financial data, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, management information system reports, and monthly closing activities, providing actionable insights for business growth.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, Provident Fund, Employees' State Insurance, and Professional Tax.
- Support internal and statutory audits, maintaining transparency and accuracy in all documentation.
- Handle reconciliations, including bank, vendor, customer, inter-company, and other types, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring seamless financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency, optimize working capital, and enhance overall performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Intermediate) with 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance, with the ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP/Tally preferred), with expertise in data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
