Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing competitiveness plans across our platforms, products, and solutions.
  • Ensuring the completeness and continuous monitoring of our reference library against quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • Supporting pre-tendering and tendering activities, as well as coordinating with internal teams to drive product development and monitor project execution.
  • Collecting and integrating return on experience into the reference library and participating in the analysis and benchmarking of competitive offerings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Project & Bid Management.
  • Strong sourcing and procurement experience with localization and Indianization of suppliers.
  • Familiarity with SAMP, DTC, and RDTC.
  • Understanding of product costs and operational flows, including cost reduction strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
