Back End Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using FastAPI and Django.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience in backend development with strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and Python internals. They must have a deep understanding of database design and the ability to optimize server performance.

  • Design and implement scalable backend services from scratch.
  • Decide and implement the right storage solutions (SQL vs. NoSQL) depending on use case.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute when needed.
  • Ensure clean, maintainable, and test-driven code with proper documentation.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Monitoring, logging, and debugging strategies with industry-standard tools.
