We are seeking a Coastal Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement advanced hydrodynamic models.
  • Analyze complex data, providing insightful recommendations for coastal management and development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address intricate coastal challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in coastal modelling techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in coastal modelling.
  • Proficient in using Delft 3D and TELEMAC 2D and 3D.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Degree in Coastal Engineering or Oceanography.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with additional software and tools related to coastal processes such as Mike 21, ARTEMIS or TOMOWAC.
  • Knowledge of sediment and thermal plume modelling and oil spill modelling.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and environmental impact assessments.
