Coastal Modeller Position

We are seeking a skilled Coastal Modeller to join our team in a challenging role that requires expertise in coastal engineering and numerical modeling.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Coastal/Oceanography/Marine Structures or related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in coastal engineering, preferably with a focus on hydrodynamic and wave modeling;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong background in numerical modeling tools such as Delft3D and TELEMAC;
  • Experience with GIS tools for spatial analysis and data visualization;
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite for data management and presentation;
  • Proficiency in programming languages Python and MATLAB.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced coastal models, analyzing data, and providing expert recommendations to stakeholders. A strong understanding of coastal processes, hydrodynamics, and wave behavior is essential.
