Job Title: Oracle Technical Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Oracle HCM technical modules to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Extracts.
  • Fast Formulas Development: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Custom Solutions Design: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication Skill: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
