We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS HCM Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules, particularly Core HR and Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel onsite to client locations in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules, focusing on Core HR and Payroll, with exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment being a plus.
2. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
3. Develop detailed functional design documents (MD50/70) and work collaboratively with technical teams for customizations.
4. Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues efficiently, providing ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. 3–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12, with a strong focus on Core HR and Payroll.
2. Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions within Oracle HCM.
3. Excellent communication and client interaction skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Strong expertise in writing clear, concise functional specifications and working collaboratively with technical teams for custom development.
5. Immediate Joiner status, with a valid Indian passport and a willingness to travel onsite to the Middle East as per project needs.
