Job Title:

Capital Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate capital projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prepare detailed project estimates and advise on tendering procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates, taking into account various factors such as materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Tendering Procedures: Advise on tendering procedures, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of tenders.
  • Contract Administration: Coordinate contract administration, ensuring compliance with project specifications and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
