As a seasoned expert in Human Capital Management (HCM), you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of HCM solutions for clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of HCM Cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and go-live of HCM implementations, leveraging your 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and data flow, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, to gather requirements, design configurations, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, and organizational awareness and sensitivity.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems, interacting frequently with clients around specific work efforts/deliverables.

Strong leadership capability, with good planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Managers is essential.
