Job Title: Space Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to spearhead our design projects. As an Interior Design Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will own the customer experience, acting as the highest point of escalation for regional issues and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to facilitate issue resolution and empower team members to solve problems efficiently.

  • Empower and grow your team by hiring top talent and adhering to defined processes and standards to provide a standardized customer experience.

  • Oversee Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • PREFERRED: NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools

  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries

  • People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles is required)

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.

  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
