Financial Analyst
">The Role:
">- We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage financial records, handle daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Manage accounts payable & receivable.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with a chartered accountant or consultant.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
- Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings as required in the real estate business.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external agencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
">- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–15 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or a related field but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
