Job Title: Market Research Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our business development and project documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research on clients, projects, government tenders, and competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team in driving growth and success.
  • Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including contracts, approvals, and correspondences, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Track project progress, including timelines, deliverables, and revisions, to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure secure storage of physical and digital documents as per company protocol, and update document control logs accordingly.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in business development or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
