Human Resources Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices to enhance organizational performance.

About the Role

This role involves supporting the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires: Source, attract, select, and onboard top talent to meet business needs.
  • Conduct performance management and provide feedback: Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Manage Payroll and benefits for employees: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience of T&D at ground level in any Engineering / Automotive / Steel industry: Demonstrate expertise in training and development, with experience in implementing successful learning and development programs.
  • Handle overall plant and corporate HR, Local liasoning, Factory act & local departments liasoning: Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • MBA HR regular: Hold a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources: Possess extensive experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong workforce recruiting, retention, development, and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees: Design and deliver high-quality training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills: Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and good judgement: Exercise sound judgment and attention to detail in making decisions and resolving HR-related issues.
