Job Description

We operate a technology platform offering customers various services at home. Our platform enables customers to book services such as beauty treatments, haircuts, massage therapy, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting in the comfort of their home at a time that suits them.

To ensure high-quality standardized reliable service experience for our customers we work closely with handpicked service partners. We provide them with technology training products tools financing insurance branding to help them succeed and deliver on this promise.

We believe great things get built by both smarts and hard work. As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for operational excellence in your set of cities. This involves selecting and training new partners improving current partners quality.

  • You will also take charge of key central growth tracks for the category over time:
  • Projects focused on improving quality service excellence
  • Projects focused on improving offerings innovation
  • Collaboration with crossfunctional teams to ensure swift robust execution.
Requirements

To excel in this role you should have:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an opsrelated consulting strategy role.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams projects – the ability to influence and lead.
