Job Title:

Operations Manager

This role is a key position in driving business growth and excellence through effective management of operations.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a team to achieve operational excellence, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance network performance, managing commercial relationships, and overseeing loss recovery mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Mitigation and Compliance: Identify risks and develop mitigating initiatives related to compliance by engaging with stakeholders for timely audits, identification, documents verification, and corrective actions. Drive a culture of compliance with partners to ensure zero breach of contracts.
  • Network Performance Management: Oversee and manage the 3P Middle Mile Network Performance, collaborating with teams across the organization to establish key performance indicators for partners along with measurement and visibility.
  • Commercial Analysis for FCF: Own commercials through detailed analysis, working closely with procurement teams to achieve mutually beneficial costs and agreements.
  • Billing Account Management: Ensure budget planning for partner accounts are completed in coordination with Finance. Share purchase requisitions and orders are available as per SLA, with partners to mitigate cash flow risks.
  • Loss Recovery Mechanism: Develop and implement stringent recovery mechanisms like automated reports, standard deep dive formats, and reviews to minimize losses and improve overall operational efficiencies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of experience
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience
