Business Development Specialist

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BTL/experiential marketing domain.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Develop tailored brand experience solutions (events, activations, promotions, experiential marketing) to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  1. Building revenue through effective account management and negotiation.
  2. Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans.
  3. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and market developments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and be able to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients. They will also be well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
