About the Job
As a Customer Service Executive at ResoPro Training Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience via phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, account-related concerns, and banking transactions.
- Provide accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services.
- Document interactions and transactions for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Prior experience in US/UK Banking Process.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software applications.
