We are seeking a skilled professional to join our lending collections team as an associate telecaller.
About the Role:
This role involves liaison between creditors and consumers, identifying overdue payments, reporting collection activity, addressing client queries, and developing repayment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve collection targets for assigned branches by utilizing negotiation skills and driving results in a high-performance environment.
- Meet target on assigned product for collections by leveraging strong relationship and leadership skills.
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with for the entire collection structure.
- Adhere to code of conduct and monitor collection agencies to identify fraudulent practices and prevent losses.
Requirements:
- More than one year of relevant experience in collections roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
- Strong working knowledge of computers and growth mindset.
