Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial transactions and prepare financial statements
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in Financial Management, Accounting, and Financial Reporting
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and tax laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Well-versed in Tally and experience working in GST, TDS, and IT
