Process Delivery Support


Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless process delivery by effectively monitoring production processes, resolving alerts in accordance with predefined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining comprehensive documentation on operational issues, job failures, and regular updates to SOPs.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of OS/Linux and Database concepts, including SQL/Oracle/Postgres.
  • Service Desk Management skills, involving the raising of service level agreements (SLAs) based on priority matrices.
  • Coordination with various teams for Incident/Problem Management activities, such as issue identification and closure.
  • Proficiency in Shell Scripting.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining Ops, Jobs, and Incident trackers, technical user coordination, re-running jobs manually to mitigate failures, and regular updating of Ops, job, and incident trackers. They will also perform first-level analysis of any issues reported or observed, job stuck/failures, or receiving alerts, assess alerts and dashboards, and initiate required add/clean-up actions. Additionally, they will provide support for planned activities like upgrades, changes requests, data center/drill/disaster recovery/hardware activities, and resolve issues with data sources and masters.
