Job Opportunity

A senior team lead position is available to lead a dynamic team of engineers in designing and implementing advanced control systems for large-scale baggage handling systems and parcel handling solutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and experience in managing large teams. A bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical, or instrumentation engineering (or related field) is required, along with 10-12 years of experience in PLC programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure skill and competency development.
  • Manage team escalations, daily resource allocation, hiring, and subcontracting activities.
  • Identify training needs and implement structured training programs.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, project management, service, and R&D teams as a consultant.
  • Monitor project risks and opportunities, driving improvements across teams.
  • Ensure system performance validation through thorough FAT/SAT testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to department KPIs.
  • Provide technical oversight during commissioning and ensure smooth customer handovers.
