As a Senior Engineer, you will lead and manage multiple hospitality renovation projects from conceptualization to completion. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, cost tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, Architectural Finishes, Luxury Interiors, and Fit-outs. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is essential, along with relevant industry experience in renovation project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, budget, and execute multiple hospitality sites renovations.\
  • Oversee project scheduling, cost tracking, and variation approvals.\
  • Manage end-to-end renovation project execution including MEP, Civil, Interior, and fit-outs.\
  • Approve layout drawings from consultants, architects, and interior designers.\
  • Finalize subcontractor bills, rate analysis, and MIS reporting.\
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.\
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and issues.\
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.\
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, and cost overruns.\
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies with clients, stakeholders, and team members.\
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners as needed.\
  • Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation.\
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.\

Requirements:

  • BE Civil with hotel industry experience in renovation project management.\
  • Good knowledge of MEP, Architectural Finishes, Luxury Interiors, and Fit-out.\
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.\
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.\
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Autodesk, and other industry-standard tools.\
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the organization.\
  • Annual Compensation: 15LPA.\
