We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and deliver consulting assignments in the hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment in the GCC.

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Key responsibilities include defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance.
  • The successful candidate will also manage day-to-day project activities, supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners, and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients, monitoring project risks, and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required.
