Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Central Reservation Executive to oversee the accuracy of reservations put into our system by individual hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality management software and excellent communication skills.

The role involves:

  • Oversight of accurate reservation data entry
  • Settlements of payments
  • Follow-up with clients for credit extensions

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Kolkata Area. Previous experience in hotel reservations is essential, as well as proficiency in hotel booking systems and procedures.

We require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Candidates must have at least 2 years' experience as a supervisor/Executive in a Reservation/Front Office department of a 3*/4* Hotel. A graduate degree in any stream is mandatory, with a preference for a diploma/degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
