Job Summary:

The Electrical Design Project Lead role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in leading projects from conceptual design to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing product solutions based on customer requirements for DC SMPS based Power Systems, UPS Panels, and Distribution Panels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects from conceptual design to completion.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Analyze project goals and identify key deliverables.
  • Prepare detailed design documents (BOM, GA Drawings, Electrical drawings).
  • Review and validate engineering designs against technical specifications and industry standards.
  • Suggest cost-saving measures and optimize BOM costs.
  • Develop quality engineering documentation and implement best practices to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute process improvements and new product development.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead the development of prototypes and characterize test results.

Key Skills:

  • Designing of DC SMPS based Power Systems for industrial applications.
  • Experience with electro-mechanical design of electrical panels and UPS systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for SLD and wiring diagrams.
  • Knowledge of electrical switchgear, cables, and bus-bar sizing.
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
