Job Description:

The successful candidate will drive the commercial growth and global expansion of our wellness services. This leadership role is focused on revenue generation, client acquisition, and market development, ensuring operational excellence and scalability of service delivery.

  • Strategic Business Development

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing aggressive go-to-market plans to identify high-value growth opportunities across enterprise, B2B, and remote workforce segments.
  • Leveraging deep market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models.
  • Cultivating relationships with decision-makers in large organizations, including ship owners, corporate health partners, and insurance providers.
  • Negotiating and finalizing large commercial contracts that deliver mutual value and long-term client success.
  • Client Relations & Commercial Partnerships

This involves:

  • Leading high-stakes client engagement from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
  • Representing the company in executive meetings, global wellness forums, and industry events—positioning the brand as a premium, scalable wellness partner.
  • Driving user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across our Telehealth and digital wellness platforms.
  • Working with marketing and product teams to optimize platform offerings for target clients, improve conversion paths, and scale recurring revenue models.
  • Digital Optimization & Platform Expansion

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and managing dashboards for sales KPIs, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ensuring strong CRM discipline and data accuracy across all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Delivering clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, enabling faster decisions and resource alignment.
  • Commercial Proposals & Sales Enablement

This involves:

  • Preparing commercial proposals, pricing models, and pitch presentations tailored for enterprise and institutional clients.
  • Presentation of commercial progress and market expansion wins to internal leadership.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field related to economics, finance, marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or medical disciplines.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime, or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership.
  • Strong ability to drive strategy and execution with clear commercial outcomes.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms or wellness services.
